Program Description: For those looking to get some exercise, socialize with friends, and enjoy one of the best views on the Cape, come join us for our Spring Senior Striders walking program at First Light Beach. Staff be open the entrance at First Light beach on all Saturday mornings in May for those participating. Starting at 9:00am and ending at 11:00am participants will have the opportunity to walk around the newly acquired bay property and take in all the sites and sounds. A staff member will be there each week to open the gate for you.  Please park in front of the administrative building, at the top of the hill. This is a FREE program, and no registration is required, just arrive and have a good time. 

What To Bring: Water and comfortable shoes/clothing
