Come join certified Personal Trainer, Kimberly Harris, at Drummer Boy Park on Monday & Wednesday evenings.  Her class will target things like strength, cardio, and endurance.  Stations will be set up and participants will use light equipment and body weight exercises to get that total body workout that they have always wanted.  Everyone will be focused on fun, form, and general fitness!  Class will include warm up and cool down and will run roughly 45 minutes.

Price:  $15 drop in fee per class
