Outdoor Total Body Fitness at Town Hall field

Come join certified Fitness Instructor, Jennifer Hossfeld, at Town Hall on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. Her class will target things like strength, cardio, and endurance. Participants will take part in a warm up, body weight exercises, and a cool down to get that total body workout that they have always wanted. Everyone will be focused on fun, form, and general fitness! Class will take just about an hour, and there will be plenty of space for physical distancing. Please bring water and a towel. Also, a resistance band and/or weights if you have them.
